By the way, thank you so much for the referral for Brooke V. I have been in contact with her and we are in the application process for a 203k rehab loan for $25,000 to $35,000 for the basement project. She said that we are both in good shape, regarding our credit scores, to move forward with the loan. Such great news! I didn't think we would be able to be doing this so soon! We are meeting with our potential contractor tomorrow morning so he can give us the numbers on how much this will cost. We're both very excited! :)
